The second Journal Club within the Svetovid-19 project was held in September 2023. The focus of the lecture was on “MS-HRM: Primer Design”, delivered by Prof. Nataša Đorđević, PhD.
This topic holds particular importance in the field of molecular biology, as properly designed primers are the foundation for reliable and precise application of the MS-HRM method in research. The Journal Club was therefore dedicated to enhancing the understanding of primer design, with the aim of strengthening methodological accuracy and supporting the effective use of this technique in scientific studies.
